At Marketing Included, we are committed to transparency and professional excellence. This policy governs the financial relationship between the Company and its Clients, specifically regarding the “14-Day Happiness Guarantee,” recurring subscriptions, and the protection of creative intellectual property.
1. 14-Day Happiness Guarantee
To ensure our service aligns with your business needs, we provide a “Happiness Guarantee” to all first-time subscribers. New clients are eligible for a full refund of their initial subscription payment—minus applicable third-party processing fees—if a formal request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original sign-up date.
1.1 Usage Limitations
To maintain the integrity of our marketing resources, this guarantee is strictly contingent upon limited service usage. The guarantee shall be deemed void if a Client exceeds any of the following benchmarks within the 14-day window: the completion of more than two (2) graphic design tasks, more than one (1) website/landing page task, or more than one (1) content writing task exceeding 800 words.
1.2 Intellectual Property Reversal
In the event a refund is issued under this guarantee, all ownership and usage rights for work produced during that period revert immediately to Marketing Included. The Client is strictly prohibited from utilizing, displaying, or distributing any drafts or final deliverables created during those 14 days. Access to all source files will be revoked, and data will be purged from the Client’s account within seven (7) days of refund approval.
2. Subscription Renewals & Cancellation Procedures
All service plans are structured as recurring subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
2.1 How to Cancel
Clients maintain full control over their subscription status. To prevent a renewal charge, cancellations must be initiated at least one (1) business day prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Clients may process their cancellation via:
- The Marketing Included Portal: Navigating to the billing or subscription settings within the user dashboard.
- Email Support: Submitting a written request to support@monthlymarketers.com.
2.2 Late Cancellations
Cancellation requests received after the renewal date has passed will be processed for the following cycle. No refunds will be issued for subscription fees already processed due to a failure to cancel in a timely manner.
3. General Refund Restrictions
Outside of the initial 14-day guarantee, all payments are non-refundable. Marketing Included does not offer pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time or partial service periods. Furthermore, refunds will not be granted for account inactivity, “accidental” renewals, or changes in the Client’s internal business strategy. In extraordinary circumstances, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial credit or refund, which shall exclude any previously applied discounts and transactional fees.
4. Chargeback Policy & Dispute Resolution
We encourage an open dialogue to resolve any service dissatisfaction. Initiating a “friendly fraud” chargeback without first contacting our support team is considered a material breach of our Terms of Service. Such actions will result in the immediate termination of the Client’s account and the permanent forfeiture of all rights to work produced. We reserve the right to dispute any invalid chargebacks by providing payment processors with comprehensive communication logs and project delivery evidence.
5. Fraud Prevention & Processing
Approved refunds are typically credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Marketing Included is not liable for fluctuations in currency exchange rates or additional fees imposed by the Client’s financial institution. We reserve the right to deny any refund request if there is evidence of fraudulent behavior, such as the creation of multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers or circumvent established usage limits.
